Why are we still gaining weight? Part 1
Maybe it's just me but I find it hard to believe that anyone today would not know "how" to lose weight. It's everywhere! Talk about TMI and information overload, it's on the internet, magazines, TV, news, everyday conversations, the water cooler, book shelves, even some restaurant menus tell us how to lose weight. Do people today know which foods are bad for them? Unless they are living under a rock or are a yet-to-be-discovered tribe deep in the jungle of Siberia, then yes, we know. (maybe what I really need is more information on world geography) Are we overloaded? Are we confused? Yes to that as well. Do we like what we know about losing weight? NO! No we don't. It's a total kill-joy. Cut out all the foods you love and work your ass off at the gym till Trump changes his hairstyle. It Sucks, just like Trump's hair.
